FanDuel Cash Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. General Provisions

fanduel (referred to in these Terms as "fanduel", "we", "us", or "the platform") operates the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at fanduel.cash. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the Promotions page, form the complete legal agreement between fanduel and every registered user.

These Terms are written in English and are intended to be read and understood by Pakistani players using the platform. Where there is any ambiguity, the plain meaning of the text should be applied. fanduel reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email and in-platform notification. Continued use of fanduel following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective. No waiver by fanduel of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use fanduel's real-money gaming services, you must register an account. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number and a confirmed email address. During the registration process, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

You may only register and use a fanduel account if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 18 years of age. fanduel enforces an absolute minimum age of 18 with no exceptions.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a company or third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You are not currently self-excluded from fanduel or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a fanduel employee who could obtain an unfair advantage.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one fanduel account only. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. If fanduel identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts except the earliest registered one will be closed, and any bonus funds or winnings obtained through a duplicate account may be voided. Players found to have created multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple first-deposit bonuses will have all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

fanduel may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of your mobile number, or proof of your payment method. Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by fanduel will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. This process is a regulatory requirement and exists to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform.

3. Account Security and Your Responsibility

Your fanduel account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your account credentials with anyone else or allow any other person to access your account. Any bet placed or action taken through your account while you are logged in is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you personally initiated it.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fanduel support immediately at support@fanduel.cash. fanduel will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension pending investigation. fanduel cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

You must notify fanduel promptly if your registered mobile number changes, as this is used for account verification and security notifications. Failure to keep your contact details current may result in reduced account access until your details are updated.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on fanduel are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. 4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit on fanduel is Rs 200. Maximum single-deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your fanduel account instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 working hours depending on your bank.
• fanduel does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with them separately.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into your fanduel account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to you.
• Before your first withdrawal, identity verification may be required in accordance with Section 2.3.
• Bonus funds that have not cleared their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited by you are always withdrawable, subject to any active withdrawal limits.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 10 PM PKT are typically processed within 15–30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one working day.
• fanduel reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 5 working days while conducting security or fraud verification checks. You will be notified if this applies to your withdrawal.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

All balances, bets, prizes, and bonuses on fanduel are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversions, no USD-equivalent calculations, and no exchange rate risks for Pakistani players. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account, in the same currency, with no reduction.

5. Betting Rules

fanduel's sports betting section covers cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi, and other sports. The following rules apply to all betting activity on fanduel.

5.1 Bet Placement

A bet is confirmed only when fanduel displays a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. You are responsible for verifying that your intended bet has been correctly placed. Bets placed in error — wrong selection, wrong stake, or wrong event — cannot be cancelled by the player once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical fault that results in an incorrectly confirmed bet, fanduel will void the bet and return the stake.

5.2 Settlement

Sports bets on fanduel are settled automatically from official data feeds sourced from the relevant sporting authority or recognised data provider. Settlement typically occurs within 15–30 minutes of the event's official conclusion. In the event of a data discrepancy, fanduel may delay settlement pending confirmation of the official result. The official result as recognised by the governing body of the sport takes precedence over any broadcast or unofficial information.

5.3 Void Bets and Postponements

If an event is postponed before it commences and not played within 24 hours of its original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For accumulator bets, a voided leg is removed and the accumulator continues with revised odds. In-play bets that are placed on an event that is subsequently abandoned will be settled on the state of the match at the point of abandonment, subject to the minimum time requirements set out in fanduel's sport-specific rules.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

fanduel applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the betting interface before you confirm your bet. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit may be declined or the stake reduced to bring the potential payout within the limit. This policy exists to manage fanduel's financial exposure on individual events.

6. Casino, Card Games, and Ludo Rules

The following provisions apply to all non-sports gaming on fanduel, including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, and Ludo.

• All card game outcomes on fanduel are determined by a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG cannot be manipulated by fanduel, the player, or any third party.
• Game history and hand logs are maintained for all sessions. In the event of a disputed outcome, fanduel's log of the game session is the definitive record.
• Ludo tournament prizes are paid to the verified account of the winning player. Prizes are credited automatically at tournament conclusion. In the event of a technical fault mid-tournament, fanduel reserves the right to void the tournament and return all entry fees.
• Players must not use software tools, bots, or automated systems to play any game on fanduel. Any account found using such tools will be closed and associated winnings forfeited.
• Collusion between players in card games — whether on the same table or through sharing information about hands — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Promotions, Bonuses, and Free Bets

All promotions and bonuses offered by fanduel are subject to the general terms in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer on the Promotions page. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer only.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your fanduel account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiple (e.g., 30x) and eligible markets for each promotion are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Bets placed using bonus funds on markets with minimum odds below the stated threshold for that promotion will not contribute toward the wagering requirement.

7.2 Bonus Expiry and Forfeiture

All bonuses have a validity period, typically stated in days from the date of credit. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain at the expiry of the validity period without the wagering requirement having been met will be forfeited automatically. fanduel will not reinstate expired bonuses. If you request a withdrawal before a wagering requirement is met, the active bonus balance is forfeited and the withdrawal of your real-money balance proceeds normally.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

fanduel takes bonus integrity seriously. Practices that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, making offsetting bets across accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, using betting patterns that exploit bonus terms without genuine risk, or providing false information to qualify for an offer. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses and winnings voided. Repeat or severe abuse may result in permanent account closure.

8. Responsible Gaming

fanduel is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and never a financial strategy, a way to resolve debt, or an activity that takes priority over personal responsibilities. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be activated from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your fanduel account. Limits take effect immediately when applied and cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert that notifies you when you have been active on fanduel for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 1, 7, 14, or 30 days. During a cooling-off, you cannot deposit, bet, or access gaming features.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from fanduel. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed once applied. fanduel will take all reasonable steps to prevent self-excluded players from accessing the platform.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fanduel and will result in account suspension, closure, and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using any software, algorithm, or automated system to place bets or play games.
• Accessing fanduel using a VPN or proxy service to mask your true location or identity.
• Money laundering or using fanduel to deposit or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing fanduel staff or other players.
• Exploiting errors or glitches in the fanduel platform to obtain an unearned financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through an error are not genuine winnings and will be voided by fanduel.
• Attempting to access any other player's account or any part of the fanduel system that you are not authorised to access.
• Placing bets as an agent on behalf of another person for payment.

fanduel cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in all jurisdictions. Where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence, fanduel will report the matter to the appropriate authorities and provide all relevant account information as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the fanduel platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of fanduel or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the fanduel platform for your personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any fanduel content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of fanduel's intellectual property may result in legal action. The fanduel brand name, logo, and domain name are registered trademarks and may not be used in connection with any other product or service without fanduel's express written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, fanduel's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you into your fanduel account in the 30 days preceding the claim. fanduel shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity failures, power outages, or circumstances beyond fanduel's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your own failure to follow fanduel's account security recommendations.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits fanduel's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

fanduel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — you will receive advance notice of at least 14 days via the email address registered to your account and via an in-platform notification. For minor corrections or clarifications that do not materially affect your rights, fanduel may update the Terms without advance notice.

If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you should stop using fanduel and request account closure before the changes come into effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from your use of fanduel, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of this platform. In the first instance, fanduel encourages players to resolve disputes through direct communication with our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, you may escalate the matter to our Player Relations team by emailing support@fanduel.cash with "Formal Dispute" in the subject line. fanduel will respond to formal dispute notifications within 5 working days and will aim to reach a resolution within 15 working days. For disputes that remain unresolved after this process, fanduel's Terms provide for independent dispute resolution, the details of which are available on request from our support team.
